Voice Inbox
A short demo of a small life-admin workflow that turns spoken thoughts into a clearer inbox for triage, reminders and next actions.
This 44-second demo shows the current prototype: voice notes enter the inbox flow, proposed actions are reviewed, and urgent life-admin tasks stay visible.
Highlights
- Voice capture for loose thoughts and life-admin tasks
- Triage-first workflow with human review before action
- Prototype data before connecting real accounts
Build Notes
Voice Inbox is a practical prototype for the moments when it is easier to say the thing than type it.
The idea is simple: capture a quick voice note, turn it into a structured inbox item, then decide whether it needs triage, a task, a reminder or no action.
What the demo shows
- A simple life-admin dashboard with an urgent lane
- An inbox flow for incoming voice memos
- Triage and live states for reviewing proposed actions
- A calmer way to move from "I need to remember this" to an actual next step
Why I built it
Everyday admin often starts as a half-thought while you are doing something else. Calendar reminders, follow-ups, errands, family logistics and small work tasks can all end up scattered across notes, messages and memory.
This build explores whether voice can become a practical capture layer without handing over judgement. The AI support is useful only if the person still decides what becomes a task, what needs review and what should be ignored.
What it demonstrates
- Turning a familiar everyday problem into a small working tool
- Designing AI around human review and approval
- Keeping the interface calm enough for repeat use
- Using prototype data to explore the workflow safely before connecting real accounts
Current status
This is a demo prototype rather than a connected production app. The next step would be testing with fake or personal sandbox data before any calendar, email or task-system integration.
